In definitiva il test di Mader permette di individuare due valori importanti per poter personalizzare l’allenamento di ogni singola persona e cioè:
• valori corrispondenti a 2 mmol/l di lattato che individuano la SOGLIA AEROBICA. Soglia teoricamente collocata circa 20 battiti sotto a quella anaerobica. SOGLIA A PREVALENTE ATTIVITÀ LIPOLITICA (dimagrimento)
• valori corrispondenti a 4 mmol/l di lattato che individuano la SOGLIA ANAEROBICA. Soglia teoricamente collocata attorno all’80-85% della frequenza cardiaca massima. SOGLIA DI POTENZIAMENTO CARDIACO.
